Understand Your Mind
Our Experiences Shape the Way We See the World
From birth, we experience the world through our senses and store those experiences in our minds.
Over time, memories of people, places, experiences, emotions, and events accumulate.
Together, they form our individual perspective — the internal lens through which we interpret ourselves and the world.
This helps explain why two people can experience the same situation very differently.
Through meditation, we learn to recognize this accumulated mind and practice releasing it.
As we let go, we can begin seeing ourselves, other people, and life with greater clarity.
