Q. Is prior experience with meditation required?

A. The method is designed to be accessible to all people, regardless of education, age, experience with meditation etc. Teens as young as thirteen years old have been known to meditate and they tend to grasp the concepts right away and love it.

Q. How can I get the most benefits out of online free classes?

The effects of meditation compound with continued practice, so we definitely recommend becoming a member and coming to classes as consistently as you can.

Q. How often should I attend classes?

A. As much or as little as you wish. We encourage students to attend as much as possible to see results and reach completion. But our main goal is for you to be happy and this means you must choose the speed that brings balance and joy to your life.

Q. What is the process as a new member?

A. Once someone becomes a member at our center we start off by providing three 50-minute one-on-one sessions to learn the method. Individual sessions in the beginning are set up by appointment during open hours. After you have a good grasp on the method, you can join the group meditation sessions.

Q. Can kids meditate?

Absolutely! Kids can understand and practice this method very successfully. Our Free kids program caters to those as young as 7, and they find meditation just as enjoyable and rewarding as adults. Sometimes they learn faster than adults.

Q. What is this meditation?

Our meditation method is unique in which we use visualization to clear out the clutter we have accumulated in our minds. This clutter, made up of pictures of people, places and events from our lives, is where all our stress, burden, fears and thousands of thoughts come from. By clearing out these pictures from our mind we are able to experience freedom and see the world as it truly is, without stress, burden or fears. Our minds also become quiet and free from repetitive, unnecessary thoughts.
